Zibo Shiqi International Trade Co., Ltd. is the main branch of Shiqi Steel as an exporter,is a platform enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales, and trade of galvanized sheets, galvanized sheet, color-coated steel sheets with the core of the steel deep processing industry chain. 

The color coating production line adopts the German "Siemens" automatic control system and introduces the American Fata production technology. The equipment level has advanced domestically, and the production raw materials are all imported to ensure high-quality products. Moreover, compared with the general oven of only 30 meters, its production workshop is equipped with a 60-meter-long oven, which prolongs the curing time. It enables the product to achieve high weather resistance, self-cleaning, anti-aging, and anti-fading characteristics.

Our company invested and introduced five production lines for prepainted steel coil, two for galvanized steel coil and two for galvalume steel coil, which adopt advanced manufacturing technique and automatic control system.

The annual capacity of color coated lines are about 600 thousand tons, with 0.12-1.2*750-1250 mm based on hot dipped galvanized/ galvalume steel coil; the capacity is about 300 thousand tons for galvanized steel coil (0.12-1.2*750-1250 mm) and galvalume steel coil (0.13-2.0*750-1250 mm).
